Ron
Paul has long been an avid coin collector and advocate of gold and
silver ownership and for placing the nation back on the Gold Standard,
the universal standard of value in every civilization for thousands of
years. He discussed this with Ronald Reagan. Although the above black
and white photo with its antique lamp makes the photo appear older, this
picture was taken in the late 1970s.
