Here are some examples of incorrectly graded slabbed coins from various internet auctions.

Seller Description: 1921 D Mercury Dime VF 25 PCGS
LIGHT TONE ON THIS EARLY DATE MERCURY

Grade Notes: It is only a Fine 12 so they have over graded it by 13 points.

Seller Description: BEAUTIFUL 1955 WASHINGTON SILVER SLABBED COIN. NR!! THE WASHINGTON QUARTER WAS SCULPTED BY A NEW YORK SCULPTOR, JOHN FLANAGAN, TO COMMEMORATE THE 200TH BIRTHDAY OF GEORGE WASHINGTON.

Grade Notes: This coin is under graded by ACCGS. It is actually closer to MS 66/66 than MS 65/65.  The coin pictured is also a 1954 Quarter, not 1955 as stated in the seller description.
